Event Brief
This is a 4-hour networking cocktail event for professionals working in the HVAC industry, following an expo at the convention centre.
The event is relaxed, with no formal structures. There may be some words spoken by our MD and/or General Manager of Sales sometime during the night.
For music, I am seeking an overall joyful mood. I don't anticipate there to be any dancing as this particular group is not known to do so.
The age demographic skews towards middle aged, approx. 75/25 male/female.
From 18:00-19:00 as guests arrive, slower/acoustic songs would be great.
From 22:00-22:30 as guests finish their drinks and depart, the same slow mood would be good to encourage people to leave :)
Venue access is available from 15:00; please be ready by 17:30 for 18:00 start.

Vehicle under 2m tall
→ The World Trade Centre (WTC) car park located on Siddeley St is the best option for unloading.
→ Vehicle can come directly up to level one (P2) and to the back left hand corner of the car park.
→ They will see the River’s Edge glass automatic doors to the left, leading into our foyer. From here, there is a lift straight into the venue, so no stairs need to be negotiated.
