10:30am - Soundcheck with Encore/AV team.
11:30am - Guest arrival
12:00pm - 12:05pm Evie's performance over hype video to commence the day.
1:15 pm - 1:45pm - Evie to play during networking break. A selection of covers that people are likely to know.
Evie is welcome to leave anytime after she plays in that second networking break.
We will also allocate her on a table and she will be served an entree and a main.
Parking/Bump In
Parking available at Centrepiece carpark.
Enter from Olympic Boulevard (entrance D) and turn left at the roundabout.
Evie's name will be on the car park list.

1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.

Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.

Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
