Set Up and Sound Check for both parts of event to be completed prior to Cocktail style function start time

6:30-7:20 (approx) Cocktail style Function - ambient/easy listening acoustic as this is a social event, nothing loud or heavy. - setting the mood.
7:30-9:30 (approx) music to be played during dinner courses and inbetween awards presentations. (whenever we are not on stage - pending discussion)

7:40-8PM
8:20-8:45PM
9:40-11:30pm - More Upbeat DJ/Dance Set - Have Fun with it!
