Vaughan's Family Day

A corporate event for our Managing Director who is leaving after 35 years. We are a construction Company.

ACCESS
Supplier access is via the carpark entrance on Jackson Street via the first floor of the car park. You will not have access via the Acland Street entrance to The Prince Hotel.
Important things to note:
- The carpark lift is not to be used for the bump in/out, as this is for guests of the rain room and The Prince Hotel only.
- The carpark has a height limit of 2.1 metres. If your vehicle exceeds this, you will need to roll your equipment on trolleys up to level 1.
- Suppliers will receive free parking during your bump in/out. Please take your parking ticket to reception to be validated.

BUMP IN
Access to the Prince Deck will be from 3 pm. Please let us know if there is a bump in time that works better for you.

BUMP OUT
We require a bump-out to be done at the event's conclusion. The bump-out window on Friday will be from 11:30 pm onwards.

CREW MEAL
The couple has provided you with one crew meal during the event.
Should you have any dietary requirements, please let me know as soon as possible so we can inform our chefs.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
The sound levels at The Prince Deck are also not to exceed 90DB at any time. All doors/windows will need to be closed from 9 pm to keep the music inside only. The operational manager is entitled to the sound level readings and to request the performer to lower the volume if needed.

The Prince Deck can only accommodate bands of up to 3 pieces (including vocalists) and only acoustic music is permitted on the outside decking. Saxophones are not to be amplified at any time.

Please also note that you might be required to bring in your extension cords and electrical tape as a part of your set-up as they are not available at the venue.
