Event Brief
Its a National Staff Conference for Penrite, with around 130 people attending, we are looking at doing 30 mins of pre dinner drinks in the lobby, and then moving into dinner at 7pm, we would love it if you can set up in pre function area, playing light background music on arrival then moving into the main dining area afterwards. They have Billy Brownless as the MC and he will only be there from 7-9pm, so im guesing not much will be required from you during this time, they are wanting acoustic music to start and then after mains, dj music to encourage dancing. Once i have an agenda ill be sure to share it with you. Its a very easy casual client, staff will be a bit boganish as they are all work in the car/oil industry so older classics would be great.
Parking
See Loading dock info in other doc, we will be there from 3.30pm.
Also once unloaded, if he wants to park in the hotel parking – I can pay for it if he cant find one on the street.
