6pm: Some team members to arrive and set up
7pm: All Stryker staff to arrive from this time. Music definitely to be playing from this point
11pm: Move to basement
1am: Finish
Stryker (Global Medical Device Company) EOY Christmas Party for our Victorian team. Theme is "Italian Summer".
Just as an FYI from 7-11pm we will be on the rooftop at Da Bruno, and our theme is "Italian Summer" there will be a fairly light touch to this theme but thought I would mention it anyway. We are planning lots of limoncello spritz, white linen, tiramisu, and just your general European summer vibes. It would be great if the music could kind of match this theme for the first couple of hours as people arrive. The trumpet will be so good on the roof.
Then from 11pm we will head downstairs to the basement until 1am, and this is definitely more house/disco.
Parking
I will get you to organize this directly with the venue
Tow away zone at front until 6:30pm
Arrive early and park/load in from side st, then move car at 630
Two set ups
Upstairs - they have wall xlr system, plug in from your decks
Table 90cm round is provided otherwise use yours
Will need some longer xlrs and tape them down to reach the plugs from where you set up
Downstairs
Your speaker is required
Table 90cm round is provided otherwise use yours
They understand you need time to move and staff will help too
