Mikaela

Mikaela is an emerging Australian violinist currently undertaking a Bachelor of Music Performance at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where she is majoring in violin. She began her violin studies at the age of nine in Saudi Arabia before moving to Australia, where she has continued to develop her artistry.

Mikaela has performed widely in both solo and ensemble contexts across Australia. In 2025, she travelled to Lebanon where she had the unique opportunity to play and work with renowned violinist Jihad Akl. This experience deepened her connection to her Lebanese heritage and, together with her Filipino roots, inspired her to explore music as a bridge between cultures.

Her performance experience also includes festivals, weddings, chamber ensemble, solo performances and public events, highlighting her versatility across a wide range of repertoire.

Alongside her performance career, Mikaela is passionate about music education and aims to combine her love of performance with teaching, inspiring the next generation of musicians.
