We are a financial services business and this event is our annual EOFY celebrations, along with awards night. Staff profiles for age demographic can be viewed online.
7pm event start and we plan to have some formalities early broken into two parts.
7.45pm - Welcome Introduction
7.55pm - 8.30pm - 1st Part awards/Formalities
8.30 - 9pm - Softer intro set
9.00 - 9.25pm - Final awards
9.30pm - Music (break as you wish) until close.
50% of employees are bringing their partners, so very gender diverse. Around 80 in attendance.
Later in the evening we encourage dancing and everyone enjoying themselves, so engaging the crowd if you wish closer to the end of the night is highly encouraged.

Set up will be either right or left of the TV's.
Either Leigh, Krystal or Linda will be there early to advise.
Dress is cocktail, but Andrew can wear whatever he wants, we dont discriminate.
Parking/Bump In
Load from Moray street access, you will need to go into bar to ask though.

Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
Invoices uploaded to the above link please, which will be paid the Tuesday after your event.
