Event Brief
New Cocktail Bar - opened last week.
Looking for cool background music at the start from 7-9pm hopefully growing to music at 9pm that some guest may want to get up to dance to.
The venue will have the area next to the stairs cleared from bar opening at 4pm - approximately 4 m x 2m.
The venue does not have a stage or any sound equipment, so band to bring all speakers, instruments, equipment needed for the show.
Venue to provide a PowerPoint with extension lead.
Parking/Bump In
The hotel does not have a loading bay, however Hardware Street (off Lonsdale Street) Does have some space to pull up and unload equipment. The venue can assist with a small trolley and please call Amber on arrival to get access to the elevator to access the basement.
Please park in nearby public carpark as no venue parking is available.

Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
Invoices uploaded to the above link please, which will be paid the Tuesday after your event.
