RACMA is a specialist medical college dedicated to developing medical leadership through education, training, and research for healthcare administrators across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region.
The theme of the conference is:

From COVID to the Olympics

The theme of the dinner is “Médicale Grandeur: Gold Silver et Bronze”. The dress is cocktail dress – themed bronze silver and gold.
Draft run sheet is attached. Evie is scheduled to play at 7.55 pm (or end of formalities). The conference convenors will thank the award winner and then invite Evie to the stage.
I have arranged for her meal to be served at 7.15 pm, along with the other band playing later. It will be in the Concorde Room (they can use this as a green room). Please see attached conference floor plan. The dinner will be in Ballroom 2 & 3.
In terms of songs, happy with Evie’s choices. I have attached the song choices the committee put together for the band so she may want to avoid these in case of duplicates – not sure what’s in her repertoire.
Parking/Bump In
The AV technician has suggested she arrive onsite between 5.30-6:00 pm depending on how much equipment she has.
If she doesn't have a lot of equipment she can drive into the car park.
Please ask Evie to come to the registration desk on level 2 on her arrival. Any issues please call my mobile.

Information for internal use
Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
