Event Brief
All instruments are to be provided by the performers. We are providing audio/visual equipment as per the provided needs.
Meal vouchers for vendors onsite will be given to you by Declan upon arrival
Soundcheck:
Please find below your allocated time on the day. A/V support for the event will be provided by HD Productions, managed by Hugh Drum who you’ll meet onsite, and has ample experience to support you with any needs.

· Madi Colville Walker - 3:20pm
· The Wildlings - 3:40pm
· The Woodford Folk Trio - 5:00pm
When you arrive on-site for your soundcheck, you’ll most likely be greeted by Schenell D’Costa who will introduce you to Hugh. We have also created meal vouchers for each of you, that can be redeemed at any one of the food vendors on-site during the event. We will also provide bottled water, but there are of course other beverages and food options if you are needing anything else at all.
In the greenroom we will have the MC notes on a table which is essentially the full stage schedule for each of your reference. Please leave this available for everyone to review through-out the night when necessary.
Parking/Bump In
Upon arrival please enter the Recreation Reserve and turn left and drive towards the main club rooms. Outside this building you will find parking that is allocated to performers only.
When you arrive on-site you will turn to the left, and make your way towards the club rooms. As you approach the clubrooms you will see we have allocated a section for performer parking which will be signed, alongside the all abilities parking.
*Note: Please note that any enquiries from this gig regarding future bookings must be directed back to Unplugged Entertainment. By playing this gig you accept these conditions outlined above.
Information for internal use
Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
Invoices uploaded to the above link please, which will be paid the Tuesday after your event.
