End of year firm dinner at Stokehouse. Theme is Sunset Chic (so think dress code being like sunset themed or beach themed - smart formal)

The idea is for Max to start people getting excited to dance after mains are served right before dessert and get people grooving on the dance floor after.

Runsheet is as below

4:30 pm: Bump-in time (vendors set up, oyster bar set up by venue)
6:30 pm: Guests arrive – (4) Canapés and drinks service begin; Oyster and Raw Bar open.
7:15 pm: Guests seated and orders are being taken
7.30 pm: Partner Introduction
7:45 pm: Entrées served
8:20 pm: Introduction and Grad Revue
8:35 pm: Mains served
9:30 pm: Saxophonist start here
9:45 pm: Seated dessert served
10:30 pm : Late night snacks
11:30 pm : Last drinks
11:45 pm : Last song
12:00 am : Event concludes, bump out begins
1:00 am: Bump out completed

I have also been told that the DJ has contacted Max to sort out AV, so I can assume that the rest will be sorted on the day.
