Event Brief
Performance will be held in the final 1.30 of the half time break and used as a hype up for the second half of the game.
We will provide a Carlton Respects T-Shirt to be worn on the night as well as 3x tickets to the game.
Accreditation for the game will also be provided and brought by the Carlton team on game day.
We will have the cricket nets open as an area for you to get ready, as well as leave your belongings during the game. This room will have a security guard on the door to ensure that your belongings are safe.
Rehearsal tomorrow will be at 4:30pm sharp. Can I please ask you arrive no later then 4:15pm so we can get you settled in and down into position. When you arrive please park in Yarra Park carpark (pass attached) which is on Brunton avenue. Once you have parked can you please walk around to Gate 1 and we will meet you there.
Parking
2x Yarra Park Carparks will be sent through the week of the game. This parking is on the grass so you will need to carry any equipment that you are providing with you to the staff entrance outside of gate 2.
