Please set up outdoors.
12.00 - guest arrival - music to start whilst guests are on the deck having grazing board
1.15 - guests seated indoors for lunch
1.30 - mains served. music to stop and Luke to eat lunch
2.30 - speeches
3.00 - music to resume, guests move back outside
3.30 - dessert station served on deck and roving magician for 1hr
3.30 - 5.00pm - music vibes are high - i'm going to assume people will be dancing!

Obviously happy for him to take breaks whenever he needs. But we’ve got him down to play from 12.00 – 1.30pm. And then from 3.00 – 5.00pm.

We would like Luke set up outdoors please (fingers crossed for no rain!
