Event Brief
The event is in the main ballroom (Center stage) foyer. If they make their way up there either myself of one of my staff will be there to greet them.
Social hour for 220 attendees of a Psychology business conference.
Approx. 70/30 Female/Male split audience
Classic/soft/pop hits - Background ambient music
Please be onsite, set up and ready for 5:00 pm start.
Event concludes at 6:00 pm
Parking/Bump In
Please advise if parking required.
If the girls park onsite, I’ll have their tickets vaulted for comp parking.

Information for internal use
Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
Invoices uploaded to the above link please, which will be paid the Tuesday after your event.
