Event Brief
The client likes your rendition of Watermelon Sugar so they would love to see you play that one on the night but other than that - happy to leave it to you to do what works best for the crowd in your experience.
At our event last year, the last 1.5 hours saw attendees opting to mingle and network rather than take to the dance floor. It might be a good idea to plan for some low-key/background music during that time this year. Could you please give James a heads-up about this?
[UPDATE] No more DJ set. Only Acoustic for the entire contracted time.
Parking/Bump In
no on-site parking available. However, there's plenty of street parking right in front of the venue on Moubray St.

Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
