Event Brief
Festival style wedding reception/party. Think mini music festival and you are the headline act!
Outdoor event with scout camp facilities (kitchen, toilets etc) we have hired a 14 x 14m marquee for the music and dancing. There will be a level flooring surface for the band to set up on.
We will run extension leads and have powerboards set up for you

Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
