Event Brief
Joint 40th birthday party at the Kilburn (cocktail/whisky bar).
Approx. 90 guests with a range of ages but predominantly around the 40 age group.
Music style - dance, funky house, pop across the ages. Just whatever will get people on the dance floor and suits the sax!
Guests arrive from 6pm, and speeches/cake will be done by 8pm ready for Max to start (we'll use the venue microphone given its prior to 8pm). No issues with Max setting up just before the set whilst guests are there.
Parking/Bump In
There is limited parking at the back of the Kilburn. I'll speak to them about keeping one spot available for Max.
I believe there might be some existing equipment at the venue that can be used, or Max can bring his own. Please have a chat to Courtney on 0401 642 056 this week for any questions on set up/equipment. Liam will be the bar manager on duty at the event and can also help 9913 5831 during Kilburn opening hours.

Arrival
1 hour minimum prior to your start time. If you have more than 1 setup please allow for this and give yourself more time.
Equipment
Please make sure your equipment is in professional working order and looks good. If you are in doubt please contact us to borrow some equipment.
Attire
Smart Casual unless otherwise noted. No ripped clothes etc. You are representing yourself and our brand so please do us all proud!
Invoices uploaded to the above link please, which will be paid the Tuesday after your event.
